Paul & Billie Kaye Tsika have been involved in ministry since 1971. Together they founded Restoration Ranch in Midfield, Texas. Paul and Billie Kaye have served in traditional ministry as evangelists for over 32 years. In 2001, Paul became the pastor/advisor of a large international marketing business. Along with their staff at Restoration Ranch they minister to thousands of people every year, both at the ranch and on the road.
