About the author

Yukito Kishiro est né le 20 mars 1967. En 1984, à 17 ans, il gagne un concours ouvert aux jeunes dessinateurs chez Shogakukan, l'un des géants de l'édition japonaise. Il devient véritablement professionnel en 1988 et commence la série « Gunnm » en 1991, alors seulement âgé de 24 ans. Il lui donne une suite sous le nom de « Gunnm Last Order ». Connu dans le monde entier, Kishiro est un prodige de la bande dessinée.
