इंद्र की तरह आपने भी यही समझा है कि योग और भोग एक साथ नहीं रह सकते हैं। परंतु शक्ति इस नियम का अपवाद हैं। उन्होंने योगी शिव से विवाह कर उन्हें गृहस्थ बनाया है, सकल जगत् की कामनापूर्ति का उत्तरदायित्व लिया है, और फिर वही शक्ति क्षुधा, कामना रूप में हर प्राणी में स्थित है।
