Capítulo I

Del Objeto de la Ley

ARTÍCULO 1o.- La presente Ley es de orden público y de observancia general en toda la República.

Su objeto es la determinación de reglas para canalizar la inversión extranjera hacia el país y propiciar que ésta contribuya al desarrollo nacional.
