With this book, you can get pretty good sense of the power and flexibility of NiFi. The book does a relatively good job of explaining how to setup NiFi; however, you can get a lot of that from many websites. The use cases aren't bad, and it is definitely necessary to download the data and source files for the use cases. The text is not well written. There are significant grammar and spelling errors throughout the book. I let go a lot of that while reading this book because I wanted to understand and apply each use case in my own NiFi environment. There are some that may find the English irritating, and struggle with what the book has to offer. The book has not gone through any final editing, and there are hand-drawn diagrams that are probably intended to have something formal developed. I got the gist of what was being presented, and the author(s) were trying to be comprehensive. A lot more care and attention should be applied to this book to merit a higher rating.
