I totally enjoyed reading One Vow for September, a work-place romance. The main characters are great, a little snarky to start with and then exchanging enjoyable banter once they get to know one another a little better. Their faith helps develop the characters, giving them more depth. They get in a lot of humorous situations as they work together impersonating a married couple renewing their vows. There's a wonderful HEA for this couple. I would highly recommend this story to romantic comedy readers, clean/wholesome romance readers, and to Christian romance readers. I hope to read more from Liwen Y. Ho. I Take You by Marion Ueckermann has themes of love, forgiveness, and reconciliation. The main characters, Kaia and Leo, have been friends for sixteen years, have planned on their future being together, are faithful to each other, and have been careful to honor God in their relationship. The proposal scene is fantastic! The deep hurt that Kaia experiences is from a family member and is very hard to forgive. I really enjoyed reading this book and think it's a great story for this collection. I received complimentary copies of both of these stories and have bought the collection so that I can enjoy all of them!

About the author

With nearly a million book sales, Hallee Bridgeman is a best-selling Christian author who writes action-packed romantic suspense focusing on realistic characters who face real-world problems. Her work has been described as everything from refreshing to heart-stopping exciting and edgy.

An Army brat turned Floridian, Hallee finally settled in central Kentucky with her family so that she could enjoy the beautiful changing of the seasons. She enjoys the roller-coaster ride thrills that life with a National Guard husband, a college student daughter, and two homeschooled teenaged sons delivers.

A prolific writer, when she’s not penning novels, you will find her in the kitchen, which she considers the ‘heart of the home’. Her passion for cooking spurred her to launch a whole food, real food “Parody” cookbook series. In addition to nutritious, Biblically grounded recipes, readers will find that each cookbook also confronts some controversial aspect of secular pop culture.

Hallee has served as the Director of the Kentucky Christian Writers Conference, President of the Faith-Hope-Love chapter of the Romance Writers of America, is a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW), and the American Christian Writers (ACW), and Novelists, Inc. (NINC). An accomplished speaker, Hallee has taught and inspired writers around the globe, from Sydney, Australia, to Dallas, Texas, to Portland, Oregon, to Washington, D.C., and all places in between.

Hallee loves coffee, campy action movies, and regular date nights with her husband. Above all else, she loves God with all of her heart, soul, mind, and strength; has been redeemed by the blood of Christ; and relies on the presence of the Holy Spirit to guide her. She prays her work here on earth is a blessing to you and would love to hear from you. You can reach Hallee at hallee@halleebridgeman.com

Author of the bestselling Aggie and Past Forward series, Chautona Havig lives in an oxymoron, escapes into imaginary worlds that look startlingly similar to ours and writes the stories that emerge. Where western meets happily ever after.

Kari writes swoony heroes and places that become characters with detail and heart.

Her favorite place to write about is the place her heart lives, (even if she doesn't) South Dakota.

Kari loves reading, listening to contemporary Christian music, singing when no one's listening, and curling up near the wood stove when winter hits. She makes her home in central Minnesota, land of frigid toes and mosquitoes the size of compact cars, with her husband of over twenty years. They have two daughters, two sons, two cats, and one peculiar bunny.

Camy writes Christian Contemporary Romance and Romantic Suspense as Camy Tang and Christian Regency Romantic Suspense under her pen name, Camille Elliot. She grew up in Hawaii but now lives in northern California with her engineer husband. She graduated from Stanford University in psychology with a focus on biology, and for nine years she worked as a biologist researcher. Then God guided her path in a completely different direction and now she’s writing full time, using her original psychology degree as she creates the characters in her novels. She was a staff worker for her church youth group for over 20 years and she currently plays on one of the Sunday worship teams. She also loves to knit, spin wool into yarn, and is learning Japanese. Visit her websites at https://www.camytang.com/ and https://www.camilleelliot.com/ to read free short stories and subscribe to her quarterly newsletter.

Jaycee Weaver lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with her awesome husband, three daughters, two crazy Shih Tzus, and a dwarf rabbit. When she's not writing contemporary Christian romance, she's busy balancing the mom-wife life. Jaycee loves to read books in multiple genres, drink too much coffee (honestly, when are they going to make the coffee IV a real thing?!), sing, take landscape and floral photos, sew, cook, bake, and craft nearly anything. She considers herself a recovering perfectionist and sometimes hot mess. She does her best to live her faith in action, being open, honest, and real; letting God be Lord over the good, the bad, and the ugly even when it's hard. Meet Jaycee and her books over on her website, https://jayceeweaver.com!

Liwen Y. Ho works as a chauffeur and referee by day (AKA being a stay at home mom) and an author by night. She writes sweet and inspirational contemporary romance infused with heart, humor, and a taste of home (her Asian roots).

In her pre-author life, she received a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary, and she loves makeovers of all kinds, especially those of the heart and mind. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her techie husband and their two children.

Lisa M. Prysock is an award-winning, bestselling author of Christian Contemporary and Historical Romance novels. She and her husband reside in beautiful, rural Kentucky on the edge of Louisville. Mother of three, she enjoyed homeschooling, and being a wrestling and baseball mom. Since they’ve grown, she attempts to entertain the beloved family cat as she masters the “painful process” of self-taught violin and piano—when she isn’t writing. Lisa enjoys many things, but a few of these include sewing, crafting, sketching, walking, baking, swimming, reading, and gardening. She bought her first typewriter with her babysitting earnings, and began plunking out stories from an early age. A firm believer in coffee, tea, and chocolate, she loves to make readers smile and laugh in her stories, the best medicine for a happy life. She is often found singing along with her portable speaker, blasting her favorite music artists, dancing her way through the journey of life. Find out more about this author at www.LisaPrysock.com.

No one expected a Jewish secular-romance novel author from New York to move out to the country and find Jesus, least of all Shoshanna herself… but God has a sense of humor, and that’s what happened.

Shoshanna Gabriel writes small-town contemporary Christian romance set in north Idaho, where she lives with her husband, homeschools their three kids, wrangles two big dogs, spoils eleven backyard chickens, attends bible study with her neighbors, and takes in the wonder of the incredible evergreen-covered mountain landscape.

Reviewers of her Bear Creek Saddle series have called her books “Christian storytelling at its best;” “with the wonderful writing style of Shoshanna Gabriel. …a roller-coaster ride of emotion. Heartbreak, guilt, forgiveness, fear… highly recommended to anyone who likes Christian inspirational love stories filled with down-to-earth, everyday struggles.”

Shoshanna used to work as a syndicated advice columnist in NY and a registered nurse, but now she’s a full-time author and the co-founder of SelfPubBookCovers.com, the world’s leading marketplace of premade book covers for indie authors. She loves to connect with readers on social media and at ShoshannaGabriel.com.
