I enjoyed the little match girl story. The Snow Queen was very condensed and missing many parts to the story. I feel like this ruint the story as tons of the plot was missing! I wish they had kept the entirety or the story. Kai getting the splinter, going with the Snow Queen, Gerda visiting all the princesses to rescue him was all editted out!!

I was born in Denmark and my mommy used to read these precious story's to my brother and myself I loved the story's. Know I read them to my daughter and she reads them to her son... Lovely place and beautiful memories. Warmly Aneka...

I like the pictures presented with the two stories but the little Matchgirl Story is so sad.
