After writing jingles, restaurant menus, and TV shows, Lisa Yee won the prestigious Sid Fleischman Humor Award for her debut novel, Millicent Min, Girl Genius. Her other novels for young readers include Stanford Wong Flunks Big-Time, Bobby vs. Girls (Accidentally), and several books for American Girl, plus Warp Speed, about a Star Trek geek.
