I never read it but I love harriet tubman I love her because she didn't think about herself she risked her life to save other slaves that's what you call a strong african american freedom fighter

I saw the movie and loved it. I wanted to read about her life and picked this book, there is always a lot more detail in the books. I'm four chapters in and learning a lot. It's easy to read and well researched.

If you could walk a mile in her shoes.Proud to find out as Much about her as I can.If We had to live Her live and go through the things she Did!!! OMG!You Go Ms.Tubman 10 Star Conductor !!!!!!!!!

Catherine Clinton received an undergraduate degree in Afro-American Studies from Harvard University and a PhD in history from Princeton. She has taught at Harvard, Brandeis, Brown, and Wesleyan, and is the author of more than fifteen books. She lives in Connecticut.
