I read this book so long ago. i was just a break-even rookie who already read Sklanski's Theory of Poker and Doyle Brunson's super system. But after reading Harrington i won my first online mmt and became a shark who hits final table about in every 10-15 mmt (~300-400 entrants) with 200% roi in low stakes. (Over 800 samples). But dont forget poker has evolved and changed over the passed years. But it is still a must read book if you are considering playing tournaments and will affect your play positively
