Ich leite seit vier Jahren ein kleines Landhotel im Norden von Teneriffa. Seit fast 32 Jahren arbeite ich mit Herz in der Gastronomie und dieses ist mein zweites selbst geschriebenes Buch. Die Zeit der Corona Krise hat mich dazu bewegt, die Buchreihe Hausarrest zu schreiben.
