Everything above clouds , horizons looks one , above skin layers physiology looks same, above materials structure energy seems same!!! Above mind everything is same! compartment,department and diseases seems different ,but in reality it is one. The impurity, the ignorance ,the clouds.
Human mind has never tried to come out from the calculation and corruption , health , home, happiness , god also made commercial! Inspite of lots of words so called education, books, net, and fat knowledge of books , mind evolution has not got any big jerk.
Jungle age truth “ might is right” has not shaken up .Only the mights definition and means and kinds has got evolved a lot .
Diseases name has changed , its pathological description has got big lengths for big prescriptions .But disease free human being is not yet visible!
Ancient rishis has rightly said “pragya paradham rog karanam” means Atrocity of intelligence is the cause of disease.
Whenever we are living with body, mind, intellect and spirit, we are connected with wholeness. This is the harmonious state of the being.
But whenever person is limited with his ego, belief, mind and past etc he gets disconnected from the nature,cosmos, the present tense en- ergy and totality also. That time person starts damaging , discharging ownself , and that is atrocity of intelligence.
All the meditation, knowledge, Vedas etc ultimately show the path of art of living. That is to be in present tense.
Someone has rightly said that “past is history ,future is mystery and present is the gift .”Disease, division ,dirts, damage etc all due to avoidance of present and continuously dwelling upon past.
Past is pain. Psychologically and emotionally, past is damaging process of mind . Once mind is damaged and depressed , it percolates all its garbage to each and every cell of the body. First and foremost thing is to live in the present tense.

Dr. Jitendra Arya is an exponent of mind body medicine with emphasis on Ancient Indian Healing Sciences such as spiritual healing, yoga, meditation, Nature Cure, Ayurveda and herbal medicine. He has done pioneering work in the field of Nature Cure as a way of life and Naturopathy a system of medicine on modern lines. He at 50 yrs is already an authority on the subject of Nature Cure and has succeeded in running and establishing number of Nature Cure Centres by being Chief Consultant and inspirational force in getting such centres established. Having born in the family of followers of Gandhian principles, Nature Cure has been way of life right from childhood. He did his early education staying in Gurukul based on Indian Vedic system and was exposed to yoga and meditation at an early age. His keen desire and inner aspiration to explore spiritual life led him to study extensively Indian philosophy, lives and teachings of modern saints such as Sri Ramkrishna, Swami Vivekananda, Ramana Maharshi and Swami Ramdas which left great impact on his young mind. He spent long hours in spiritual study, reflections and introspection sometimes for days together he experimented in being meditation,fasting or merely living on raw diet. Following his Swadharma he devoted much of his time in study of yogic science and practice of yamas and niyamas.
He did Doctorate in Nature Cure, Diploma in Yoga from Kundalini Yoga Institute Lucknow and went through advance practice of Vipassana Meditation. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine (Medicina Alternativa) from the Open International University for Complimentary Medicines, Sri Lanka recognised by the UN Peace University. He is a reiki grand master. He started his career as Chief Naturopath at Baroda Nature Cure Hospital.There after he was attached to Ram Nam Nature Cure Hospital at Ahmedabad. In 1987, he was personally requested by Late Prime Minister of India Shri Morarjibhai Desai and Late Shri Manibhaiji Desai to take charge of the Nature Cure Centre at Uruli Kanchan.
This is 160 bedded, largest Nature Cure Centre in India, which was established by Mahatma Gandhi in 1946 and was passing through financial crisis in 1987. He with his dedication and hard work in no time brought Uruli-Kanchan Nature Cure Centre back to its glory. Having fulfilled his promise to late Shri Manibhaiji Desai, from 1996 onwards he moved on to spread his message to wider section of society and helped in establishing number of Nature Cure Centres in India.
He has founded himself various institutes to spread the message of Nature Cure. He is a founder trustee, President & Chairman of Health Naturally Research & Development Institute (HNRDI), a non-profit organisation in India. He is the Editor-in-Chief of `health naturally, India s first and the only monthly magazine on nature cure, printedon eco-friendly recycled hand made paper based on true Gandhian principles. He is a prolific writer and has published many articles and written books in English as well as in various regional languages. He is the Director of Indian Institute of Healing Sciences & Ecology (IIHSE) where educational courses on the subjects of Natural Hygiene, Yoga, Acupressure, Meditation and Environmental Medicine are conducted. He has established Arya Spiritual Healing Academy (ASHA) through which education in spiritual healing is imparted which also includes Reiki I, II & III and other advanced courses.
He has travelled widely within and outside India promoting the Ancient Indian Healing Sciences. He was invited to U. K. to deliver lectures and to hold seminars and workshops. His lectures in England were highly appreciated and attracted large number of people. While in London the European Zee T.V. arranged his interview for their viewers. He was also invited to Hong Kong and has travelled to Bhutan and other countries. He was also invited to Malawi, Central Africa and East Africa on a month long tour to African countries delivering public lectures, holding workshops and seminars where he also gave numerous radiotalks.
He has been conferred with several awards; these include National Awardees of Anushandhan Parishad, CCRYN, Government of India, Awards of Doctorate in Science (Honoris Causa) and Doctorate in Science (Medicina Alternativa) by the Open International University for Complimentary Medicines, Sri Lanka. He was awarded with Gold Medal at International Congress on Alternative Medicines and The rapies, Mumbai and was selected for Gold Medal by Indian Foundation of Alternative Medicine, Thanjavur. He is nominated as Honourary Advisor to National Health Education Society of India, which is affiliated to various international educational institutes. He was also nominated by the Board of Control of Indian Council of Management Executives to receive the Order of Merit 1996 award for Naturopathy.
He has been a member of the Nature Cure Advisory Committee formed by the Government of Maharastra, India and an advisor to the University Pune to start a Nature Cure Degree course at the university level. He is Secretary to Indian Nature Cure Practitioners Association, New Delhi.
He is the chief consultant to a number of Natural Cure Centers in India. is to establish at least 100 such Nature Cure Centers all over India. He Offers consultation or franchise for establishing Holistic Health Centres. He has consulting rooms at Mumbai and Pune (India).
