Has a great variety of recipes. However, I've made many macaron in the past and I can say that the macaron recipe along with the ones photographed in the book are catastrophic failures. I seriously question the abilities of a "talented" pastry chef if they can't eke out a proper macaron recipe let alone the end product for a book photo. If anything has Rachael Ray's endorsement it can't be good... Everything else past the first two recipes are gold.
