Deep Kaur Kalpana is a Dietitian, who believe that learning never stop and it is always essential to read, study and learn more new things in food and nutrition at every stage.

Therapeutic diet is my specialization as it helps me understand more about the food and body and disease connection and how they are interconnected with each other.

As a Dietitian i do understand and respect to every individual approaching me for their diet assistance as it requires trust and faith to give our health in somebody else’s hand.

My aim of writing this book is to provide a general diet overview and basic of diet and food choices and how effective it can be if taken at right time and in an appropriate manner.

The journey of diet modification and lifestyle change should be positive and with lots of good energy. 

As a Dietitian I believe it is very important to study, learn and upgrade at every phase and to ensure to provide a positive, satisfactory result to every individual approaching for diet guidance and assistance.

I am a learner and a student for life; curious to study, learn, read and know more best things is Food Science and Nutrition and in Dietetics.
