The book starts with the Didache in English. He gives a few short lectures about the parts of the book and then he finishes with the Greek text.
It was a great read. The lectures added a lot to the reading. I am planning to read the Didache again with his notes in mind.
If you chose not to read this book, I recommend you at least read the Didache. You can find many translations online.
