Angelo and Minka are equally appealing, and I thought their relationship unique and wonderful because it is based on mutual trust and respect. HER FIERCE WARRIOR is simply astonishing: the plot is intense, the action never lets up, secrets are revealed, and the cover-up for the hybrids project goes even deeper than previously suspected. And amidst all this mayhem blooms an exceptionally tender romance between Minka and Angelo. Paige Tyler has set the bar very high for the next instalment, but after the fabulous epilogue, I’m ready for the next book right now! Ever since I read book one, of this series I can’t wait until the next book. Paige, knows how to tell a story that has paranormal, romantic suspense, with lots of action. This series is one that works when you read them in order. The stories build on each other and the characters are around from earlier books. In this book we meet Minka Pajari who is a shiftier and how she was kidnapped by a scientist for his genetic experimental program. In the meantime, a special force solider Angelo Rios and his team comes across a woman who looks like she is running from something. Angelo is assigned to bring Minka back to the government ops program that does work with the snifters. The more time that Angelo spent with Minka, he realizes that he doesn’t want to just leave her with anyone other than his friends Ivy and Landon, who he trusts. Angelo, feels that some of the higher up in the government will do whatever it takes to get information from Minka so that they can get to the person that they have been looking for and stop. I don’t to tell you too much more I will be giving away spoilers. Now you know it is bad when I can't wait to read #5. It does not come out until Sept 6 2016.

Running from the scientists that subjected her to horrors, Minka isn’t sure that she can trust Angelo but he’s the only one that can calm the beast inside and make her feel safe in this sensational paranormal romance. Another exhilarating X-ops mission that kept me glued to the pages and sweating bullets until the very end, the DCO just keeps getting more intriguing with every mission and the sexy heroes and heroines more fascinating, so I can’t wait for the next mission.
