Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery began her walk with Christ Jesus at the early age of seven in 1968, at the Lighthouse Baptist Church. Where the Rev. Dr. Jerry D. Goodloe is the Founder and Pastor. While there she was trained in the foundational truth of God's Holy Word. Some of the ministry assignments in which she worked were the following: church announcement clerk, assistant Sunday school teacher, vacation Bible school teacher, president of the Angelic Choir, secretary of the Inspirational Choir, a lead psalmists in the Evangelical Concert Recording Choir, and an Armour bearer for the late Rev. Mother Effie Sumpter. On the Project entitled "Tell It to Jesus,” Dr. Cheri A. Montgomery recorded "Guide Me Oh Thou Great Jehovah". In the late 1980's Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery accepted the call of God on her life and was ordained as an Evangelist by Bishop Aaron Holmes of the New St. Mark Ministries. During the early 1990's God called Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery to Pastor the God’s Grace Christian Church on Sept. she was ordained by Apostle Paul Anthony of the Gift Ministries Gary, Indiana/West Ghana, Africa. Also, in 1991’s, Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery was called out as a Prophetess of God by Bishop Bernard E. Jordan Chicago School of the Prophets. In 1996, Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery was licensed as a Prophetess of God by Bishop Bill Harmon of the Christian International Network of Churches (CINC). Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery attended Taylor Business College, Logos Ministerial Bible College, Ashworth College, Johnnie Coleman Institute, and Midwest Theological Institute graduating and receiving a Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Counseling in 2006. Dr. Cherli A. Montgomery has worked for the United States Postal Service since August 3, 1985 through the present.
