Short, steamy, curvy woman romance... This was a quick read with lots of steam and misunderstandings. This isn't technically instalove as the story starts and they already know each other. It just builds on their attraction and that both feel the other doesn't like them. The characters are likable and their is definitely chemistry there. I wasn't quite sure where to rate this as I did enjoy reading this, I just felt there was something missing to push it over the top. Absolutely exhilarating page turner! Seth and Skye's story is full of laughter, sizzling chemistry, tension, inner turmoils and more throughout. Can Skye help Seth with his internal battles?... Can Seth prove to her that she's everything he's ever wanted/needed?... I was hooked from start to finish and routing for them to admit their true feelings for one another. This was a sweet story between Skye, who runs the bakery and has the most unreliable car. Seth owns the mechanic shop and a tow truck. Skye keeps her clunky car just so she can see Seth. Seth doesn't think that he is good enough for Skye and tends to keep away as he's broken and has PTSD. Skye is determined to help Seth heal and learn to deal with his PTSD. The story is heartwarming and their chemistry is pretty steamy. Enjoyable shot story. I received a free copy of this book via Bookspr
