The book explains clearly the dynamic of transferring a PhD to a book. It is well written in a simple locution. It uncovers important factors that authors should consider when thinking about publication. It pervades some of the author's personal experience through her rich long experience. It furnishes detailed information about all the aspects of the topic, including communication with the relevant editors, reviewers, etc. One should bear in mind the idiosyncrasies of his own PhD when applying the book has given advice. Still, the book manifests that the elixir of publication is to have an original work built on a clear argument and written clearly. I do not think that any junior scholar and recent PhD awarded persons would not benefit from reading this book.
