The author expects this book to be of use to individuals who work in engineering or medical fields. Assistant Professor of Biomechanics, College of Physical Therapy, Cairo University, Egypt; Bachelor Degree (BS, 2002), Master Degree (MS, 2008), Doctoral Degree. (Ph.D., 2013). Dr. Mariam was a university staff and researcher at Physical Therapy College, Biomechanics Department, Cairo University, Egypt, from 2003 to 2018. In 2003, she worked in a sports injury clinic as a physiotherapy specialist for sports injuries and rehabilitation. In 2014, she worked for three years as a supervisor and researcher in the biomechanics laboratory, Physical Therapy Department, College of Applied Medical Sciences, Imam Abdurrahman Bin Faisal University (formerly Dammam University), K.S.A. In 2019, she was assigned as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical therapy and health Rehabilitation, College of Applied Medical Sciences, Jouf University. She taught Biomechanics and Ergonomics to undergraduate and postgraduate students from 2003 to now. Dr. Mariam has authored and co-authored over 28 publications in peer-reviewed journals. In 2018, she published a book about the effect of exercise on postmenopausal women.
