Furthermore, this study aims at defining and analyzing how hybridity led to the dilemma of loss of identity. One of the most factors that are associated to the postcolonial impact is hybridity. Hybridity represents the colonial impact that results in dividing and fragmenting the colonized identity, culture, and ideology. This impact creates a strange mixture between two cultures namely, eastern and western cultures. Hybridity represents the western colonial culture that deformed the national identity and culture of the colonized lands.
