Reference and information services are considered an important activity of a modern library. نبذة عن المؤلف

GURDEV SINGH, PhD, is Librarian at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He has more than 26 years of experience in managing libraries. Dr. Singh has published three books on library science and has contributed several research papers on different aspects of library and information science in national and international journals of repute.
