President Führer Mythomania finally leaves the last country in the Middle East while it concentrates on fulfilling his campaign promise of “Make America Fight Russia and China Again.”

Qutbuddin wants to escape Afghanistan and go to the United States of America before the Taliban and I. S. I. S. (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) take over his country. Rolla lives in a refugee camp but wishes that she was still living in her native Iraq.
