I'm glad I'm able to get the sample before reading. Some issues hit me straight away in the first couple of chapters. Why the character just left a man out in the rain without calling for assistance. Then the including of the 24 hour missing person myth. After those I stopped reading.

Absolutely brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed this book, couldn't put it down in fact. I thought I'd guessed the plot at one point only to find I was completely wrong! That's what makes it such a compelling read, the plot is intriguing and the characters very believable and you want them to be real! It's also very poignant and touching. I would definitely recommend this book
