Paola Campana, university degree in Economics and Commerce. Ph.D. in Commodity Science. Assistent Professor in the Department of Management at Sapienza University of Rome since 2004; Adjunct Professor since 2007. Winner of the National Competition for Associate Professors in 2015. Director of the training course in Euro Project Planning. Author of numerous international publications in the field of Commodity Science.
Marcella Guiso, university degree in Chemistry, Researcher at the National Research Council. Until her retirement, she was Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at Sapienza University of Rome. Her research activity focused both on the new structures of natural organic substances. Author of about a hundred publications in international journals; specifically, she does research on natural dyes used in the field of Cultural Heritage.
