Mohd Shukor Hj. Mahfar

He is a member of the Management Board of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), Chairman of the KPI and Incentive PTPTN, President of the Malaysian Association of Statutory Bodies, Chairman of The Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA) and Members of the Advisory Council and Consultative National Senior Citizens. He is the professor of leadership of IIC University of Technology, Cambodia. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and University College of Technology, Sarawak (UCTS). His excellent performance as a leader resulted in various recognition locally and internationally. Among others, Special Class Award : Innovative Personality of The Year 2012 by McMillan Woods Global, Lifetime Achievement Award 2013 by McMillan Woods Global , Visionary Leader of The Year 2014 by McMillan Woods Global, Most Eminent Brand Icon Leadership Award for Visionary Icon Category - 2014 by Asia Pacific Brand Foundation – BrandLaureate and most recently Lifetime Achievement Award 2015 by The Leaders International and American Leaderships Development Association (ALDA). A person Driven By Vision, Fuelled By Creativity & Innovation, he is truly a man of his words. Leading with people in mind, he is a firm believer of Human Governance that balanced out the traditional approach of Corporate Governance. To him, the corporate soul is people, without them, the corporate will be an empty building, lifeless and soulless, that inevitably lost the essence in its true nature. Lastly, he is also the father of Human Leadership Theory that addresses the needs of leadership platform among Eastern countries.

Leow Chee Seng

He is the Dean of the Graduate School and Professor of IIC University of Technology, Honorary Professor of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Vietnam; Sandikta College of Administrative Science, Indonesia, Panel of Supervisor, Asia e-University, Malaysia and Fellow of Human Behaviour Academy, UK. He is a certified trainer of International Micro Expressionists Association (IMEXA) and trainer and lecturer of National Academy of Public Administration and Politics, Vietnam. He has published many books which include, “Body Language Exposed”; “Trapping the Cunning Fox”; “Selling with heart and Soul”; “Marketing with Love”; “Handwriting Analysis Fundamental and Applications”; “Ordinary People, Extra ordinary leadership” and others. Prof. Dr. Leow has conducted more than 100 trainings for SMEs in Malaysia. Some of the training and consultancy projects he has conducted such as “Professional Selling Skills”; “Body Language Exposed”; “Awakening the Hidden Talent Within”; “Nurturing Human Leaders”; “Sun Tzu Art of War for Marketing”; “Selling with Heart and Soul”; “Human Value Ecosystem: Productivity Booster”; “Teaching with Heart and Soul”; “Creating Winning Marketing Strategies in Turbulence Market” and many more. Prof. Dr. Leow sits in the editorial board for more than 20 international academic journals. He is also the founder of Human Value Ecosystem and also Human Leadership Theory.
