About the author

Rose M. Brooks-Deal is a distinguished Doctor of Organizational Management & Leadership. Dr. Rose An Advocate for Women, L.L.C., was originally formed in1996, which started as Girlz Nite Out. Women from around the world can share their life experiences with Dr. Rose on her web page, in letters, or during her mentoring sessions. Dr. Rose also does presentations, lectures and is a public speaker. She conducts training and mentoring sessions for the St. Matthew Women's Group, her home church at St. Matthew C.M.E. in Capital Heights MD 20743. Dr. Rose uses her gifts and talents bestowed upon her from Jesus, her military skills, achieved from 21 years in the United States Army, her professionalism and strong medical background to assist women during joyous times and during crisis. Dr. Rose has a passion to assist women globally in becoming proficient leaders of their own lives. Her books are just another tool used in assisting women in obtaining their life goals and becoming a proficient leader in their own life
