No sé que ha pasado con este segundo libro de la saga o quizá sea yo, pero lo he encontrado bastante más flojo que el primero, me ha enganchado pero no de aquella manera en la que cuando estas leyendo no existe nada más alrededor. La historia entre humanos y elfos continúa, aunque no sin algunos problemas que se van resolviendo a medida que ocurren, con algún que otro guiño de ganas de guerra por parte de algunos de los soberanos de las Cortes existentes en el mundo élfico.
