About this eBook

Tasmin’s business isn’t for everyone. Yet she recognizes the value she offers for grieving families. Still, the subject isn’t something most people are willing to talk about. However, over time, her business has grown through word of mouth—much to the horror of her family.

Until a detective walks in, inquiring about a piece that had been stolen overnight. This is the first inkling she has that someone is out to destroy her business. Unfortunately it won’t be the last …

Detective Hanson MacGyver isn’t sure what to make of Tasmin, yet he understands the need for licensed morticians. However, how she got into the process of preserving tattoos for grieving family and friends is something he has never seen before and isn’t comfortable with. Live and let live works for him as a motto, but, when her works in progress start showing up in public locations and not in a good way, he knows they have someone who hates what she is doing … or hates the owners of the tattoos.

Something’s off about the whole mess. And that’s just on the surface. When both Tasmin and Hanson dig deeper, a whole lot more is going on underneath. And none of it is normal or nice …

Oooh I really like this one, I got the creepiness and suspense with gory details and family drama, all those shadows and the dead bodies cried out, pleading, asking for help yup I got those creepy feelings. The mystery is pretty solid, I like guessing what's the motive and who's behind it. Even though there's some that left me hanging, repetitive and rushed at the end, I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Love the romance part, love that dash of enemies to lovers. Love Tasmin and Hanson.

Another riveting story in Dale Mayer's "Psychic Vision" series and I can say, hand on heart, it is probably the weirdest book that I have ever read but I couldn't put it down, the author made be doubt my ability to separate fact from fiction.....do people really preserve tattoos ? Tasmin Baker was a qualified embalmer, she had started at a very young age and learned her craft from her beloved grandmother, the funeral business wasn't the only thing that Tasmin shared with her grandmother, they bo

Tasmin preserves tattoos for a living. This drives her Father to distraction, and she's been banished from his life. The whole family is awful. Her Grandmother was the only member of the family that she was close to, and she passed away. Now Tasmin is under suspicion for multiple drive-by shootings. Hanson is a detective, and he believes in her innocence. So many others could be the murderer but the motive has Hanson baffled. An exciting, edge of your seat read. 5 star worthy!

About the author

Dale Mayer is a USA Today bestselling author who writes for the young, the old and those in-between. Some of her books are hot, some are sweet. Some will keep you up at night with a light on to keep the boogie man away and some you’ll want to cuddle close. She’s long given up on trying to fit a specific genre. Instead she honors the stories that come to her – and some of them are crazy, break all the rules and cross multiple genres! And that’s okay too. There is one guarantee with each book – it will be a great read – each and every time.
