What is a Skrylen?
This is something Kelsi has to find out.
When Kelsi has a weird paranormal experience, that involves her skin glowing and a fire like feeling flowing through her veins on the day she visits her Dad’s grave at the cemetery, she is left in confusion. Jesse, the mysterious transfer, the heartthrob in her into her high school, ‘just happens’ to have witnessed the events. He tells her she is a ‘skrylen’. Not sure what that is Kelsi is left to find out what this means. Why has her mother kept this secret from her all this time? Will her mother now explain what this means?
One way or another Kelsi plans on finding out. It’s just that it may not be what she expected.

Annette J. Archer is the author of four novellas, and two short stories including the “Penny’s Choice” series and “Inner Beauty”.
Annette was educated at Westcliff High. Having graduated from Brunel University with an English Degree she commenced to work for a major retail store for a couple of years while writing books after work.
Now a full time writer, Annette enjoys taking walks on the beach, Dolly Parton and of course, reading and writing.
