A good introduction to the different types of intermittent fasting. Discussed pros and cons as well as breaking down in a basic way to make it easy to follow. It is short and to the point. Was helpful to me!I like this book because I had heard about this type of diet but didn't know how to manage it. It gave me the information I needed and so far following this diet I have lost 17 lbs without to much struggling. I am a night time eater so this helped to break that habit. Hope this helps.I would recommend it for someone who wants a general understanding of it, as it is a small book, that doesn’t take so much time. It covers all the different types of IF, how IF works, metabolic changes, scientific research, what you can expect, male/female differences, mistakes to avoid, and nutrition. This is all the information I was looking for, all in one place and concisely presented.The narrator mispronounced several words within the first three chapters. this made it difficult for me to take the content seriously.Hope you go ahead and serve us better. Thank you very much for the good service.
