Email is a widely available and modern means of communication that has replaced the traditional system of posting letters. Despite its many advantages, email has some limitations. For instance, it can be difficult to read emotions in emails, leading to misunderstandings or misinterpretations of messages. Moreover, it is not very effective in situations that require immediate responses or when the sender is not sure if the recipient is actively checking their email. Finally, emails are vulnerable to hacking and phishing attacks, which can result in unauthorized access to a user's account or loss of sensitive information. Therefore, users must be cautious when sending and receiving emails to ensure their accounts and information are secured.
