... I love it. Kyell Gold is one of the best furry fiction Autors I've ever read from. It's easy to get deep into the story, even if it's about football ;3 but if you like a really nice and heartwarming love story between a fox and a tiger, go on and buy it. Beware, it's a gay couple and there are many problems for them to solve. Sometimes I nearly lost myself while reading, my own emotions mixing with the character ones... Hard to stop to read ^^"

Kyell Gold writes primarily anthropomorphic ("furry") fiction, and is most famous for his stories in a Renaissance-era world (Volle, Pendant of Fortune, The Prisoner's Release, Shadow of the Father) and his stories in a contemporary world (Waterways, Out of Position, Isolation Play). He has won ten Ursa Major awards for his novels and short stories. Out of Position also won the Rainbow Award for Best Gay Novel of 2009, and in 2010, his short story "Race to the Moon," published in "New Fables," was nominated for a WSFA Short Story Award. He was not born in California, but now considers it his home. He loves to travel and dine out with his partner of many years, Kit Silver, and can be seen at furry conventions in California, around the country, and abroad. With his friend K.M. Hirosaki, he hosts a podcast about writing called "Unsheathed," produced by Kit, and although Kit and K.M. both enjoy a glass of wine, Kyell prefers Coke Zero to fuel his podcasting and writing.
