The Editor, Halden Morris, is a Professor in the School of Education and Deputy Dean for Graduate Studies and Research in the Faculty of Humanities and Education, University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona, Jamaica W.I. He studied at Southern Illinois University (Carbondale, USA), The University of Western Ontario, Canada, and the University of Technology, Jamaica. Professor Morris is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Jamaica and is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His primary areas of interest and research include Career and Technical Education (CTE), Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and Educational Technology (ET) and Workforce Development. Professor Morris is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Jamaica and is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
