Jupp Schulte ist im Ruhestand und hat Mühe, sich in seinem neuen Leben zurechtzufinden. Plötzlich überschlagen sich die Ereignisse. Ein Staatsanwalt wird tot aufgefunden und dessen Kollege Hagen Hinze erhält einen Brief, in dem die gesamte Detmolder Staatsanwaltschaft bedroht wird. Kurz darauf, an Weiberfastnacht, wird auch noch die junge Staatsanwältin Zoé Stahl entführt. Durch persönliche Verbindungen wird Jupp Schulte in den Fall hineingezogen und ihm bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als selbst zu ermitteln. Doch er scheint eingerostet zu sein und zunächst will ihm nichts gelingen. Aber dann kommt ihm Kommissar Zufall zu Hilfe und Schulte läuft wieder zur alten Form auf.
About the author
Jürgen Reitemeier, geboren 1957 in Hohenwepel-Warburg/Westfalen. Nach einer handwerklichen Ausbildung zum Elektromaschinenbauer studierte er Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaft und Sozialpädagogik an den Hochschulen Paderborn und Bielefeld. Seit vielen Jahren verheiratet, lebt und arbeitet er seit mehr als zwanzig Jahren in Detmold.
