I have only one complaint. Virgin recommends PALM FRUIT OIL. PLLLLEEEAASEE do NOT use it. In the book FAT LAND it reveals how the government has used palm oil from Malaysia to sweeten our food. It has MORE SATURATED FAT than lard. It is one main reason our children have gotten fatter and fatter over the years. So, the book is amazing and very helpful. Just DO NOT use palm oil for your arteries sake. ;)

This book is amazing. And I should know I'm a virgin. But what's up with the palm oil. Is that even legal? People,the truth is this book is horrible but I just said it was good. NOT worth your money or time. Now bye gotta get a refund!!!

Please understand that Red Palm Oil is not the same thing the government uses in our food supply. It is an extremely healthful food product that has been endorsed by Dr. Oz on his show, before and after his interview with JJ Virgin. Know your facts everyone. Do your research. I haven't bought this book yet, but I'm about to now. Ok. Now I've bought it, same day that I wrote the information above. I'll read it and get back to you. However, I can tell you, after years of trying different things with my diet, I can already tell that JJ is spot on with the information she provides. Like I said, I'll get back to you soon.
