This book was really good. I really enjoyed reading Chase and Hallie's story. These two are so good together and the story starts off with a bang for sure. It pulled me in from beginning to end and really held my attention the whole way through. I thoroughly enjoyed watching these two come together and work things out. They are both really good people and it was awesome finding someone that fit them. I truly enjoyed this one! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

This is book 5 in the Light My Fire series and it features Chase and Hallie. These two had MAJOR chemistry! Too bad it was a “nothing but a first name” encounter. For me, this one fell short of the usual amazing story lines. It read like a very hot and sweet romance without any issues between virtual strangers falling in love. Don’t get me wrong, it was still a good read. It was just ordinary. I’m still looking forward to whatever this author comes out with next.

I really enjoyed this one. This story can make you think about what you would do if you were told that something was super improbable but actually happens. I enjoyed how the characters were written and how they grew throughout the story. There are things you should not do when you make life altering decisions, but you do them anyway. Hallie just made one such decision and then took a drive and ended up having a one-night-stand. Now, she is surprised to be pregnant and has a different type of choice to make. Chase has issues trusting women because of things his mother did and he only found out about after she passed away. When Hallie finds him and says she is pregnant, he decides he wants to be there for the baby. He has some issues to work through but the past seems to keep popping up. As always, this series has a sweet, happy ending.
