About this ebook

In our years together, I’ve heard all the rumors, faced all the dark secrets, and survived the danger that comes hand-in-hand with loving a powerful magnate like Damien Stark.

Now we’re ready to celebrate our legacy and turn our eyes toward the future by renewing our wedding vows. I didn’t expect anyone to object…

Especially not the son my husband never knew existed. But he’s here, he’s real, and he’s absolutely livid. Our vows of love and fidelity are forgotten as this wayward heir instead promises to destroy everything we hold dear, everything that should have belonged to him instead of my children.

Our world falls to chaos, Damien is wrecked, and I don’t know where to turn. What might this unexpected blast from the past mean for our family’s future?

Revisiting the Stark family, and all their friends, was a fantastic treat! Well written with duel points of view, it was a great read. Damien felt more real and it was interesting to get inside him mind while with his family. Hard to say more without spoilers… J Kenner has definitely outdone herself.

"You know you're my world, right?" "I do. That's the miracle of my life. But you already knew that too." Once again, Damien and Nikki make it through yet another life-altering bomb thrown at them from an unexpected source. If you've followed Damien and Nikki, you know there is nothing they can't get through, and nothing that Damien won't do to protect her and his family. This time is no different. Damien's past comes back to throw a monkey-wrench into his life and potentially ruin him and everything he's worked for. The story line was good. I like this series, and the spin-offs too. I did find parts of it a little unbelievable, and it felt, to me anyway, that the author was grasping for the plot line. Like I said, Damien and Nikki are the ultimate fairy-tale couple and I love them, but this one fell a little short of the wow factor for me.

Damien and Nikki's final story is steamy, suspenseful, and full of mystery. It takes you on a roller coaster of emotions and keeps you guessing. Love Nikki and Damien together and getting to revisit their friends in the Stark world. Great ending.
