Tara Moore should be over the moon! She's in love with a fabulous man and she's planning her wedding. A bonus is that she's leaving Dublin with her new husband and starting a new life in Australia. But there's a glitch in her plans. Avril Ryan, a woman Tara doesn't know, has never talked to, is found dead in a house that Tara lived in 3 years ago. So if Tara doesn't know this woman, why was she the last person Avril called? Police are looking at Tara as a possible suspect. What the police don't know is that is hiding something from her past. As the detectives investigate. Tara wonders who can she trust? With enough twists and turns to rival a roller coaster ride, this is an action-packed page-turning novel of mystery and suspense. The characters are outstanding and deftly drawn. The conclusion was unexpected and totally surprising. Her White Lie written by Jackie Walsh is a riveting and twisty psychological thriller that explores broken friendships, dangerous secrets, lies, deceit and revenge. It is intense, suspenseful and will appeal to fans of the psychological thriller genre. For Tara, planning her wedding and upcoming move to Australia should be the happiest time of her life. But things take an unexpected turn when a body is found at Huntley Lodge, the last place she used to reside three years prior with her former best friend Faye. Things then go from bad to worse when the identity of the person is revealed and her last known phone call was to Tara. But Tara claims she has no idea who this person is. Or does she… This one had me invested right off the bat and I really enjoyed the dual perspective of Tara and Faye and learning of there once inseparable bond from childhood, the events that led to its demise and how it plays into the mystery of the body found at Huntley Lodge with Tara becoming the number one murder suspect. Jackie Walsh does a great job of teasing the reader throughout almost to boiling point before all is revealed and although its outcome wasn’t as shocking as I hoped, it is still gratifying all the same and didn’t hinder my overall enjoyment of the story. All up Her White Lie is a gripping read and another great addition to Jackie’s growing bibliography.

I really enjoyed this book also I really like short chapters it suits my style of reading
