This book was told from a very pretentious viewpoint and did nothing. It is poorly written, unfunny and unexciting. The whole science behind it was about comparing James Clear's workout routine with his blogging routine. Not everyone works out. Not everyone wants to look like The Rock in Fast and Furious. Unfortunately, for those people, Clear tries to convince his audience that, for him, a body that looks unnaturally deformed is a sign of success. The whole book comes back to this point and it still feels weird and strange to listen to someone obsess about the disgustingly deformed size of his unappealing body. For those reasons, this book started, continued and ended flat.

Favourite Quote : If you are having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves again and again not because you don’t want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change. (Chapter 1) Favourite Chapter : Chapter 15 shares about how a couple wanted to develop a habit of not eating out. They labelled their savings account ‘Trip to Europe’ so whenever they decide to skip a meal outside, they put the amount of money that will be used for eating out into the ‘Trip to Europe’ account. This action creates awareness of how much money they can save from not eating out. The main point is that when we want to stop a bad habit. It should be rewarded with a tangible benefit that felt satisfying. Who should read it : This book is for those who always have a new resolution but always failed to achieve it. This book teaches us to develop small habits that can help us sustain what we want to achieve in our resolution.

this book is so usefull I learned from it that habits are like atoms they are so small and unoticeable but they are the elements that make up the world, and so are habits, small habits can make up the greater good or the greater worse determind by your system goal aren't more important than the system. The goals are motivations that are temporary after you achieve your goal you are least likely to continue the system thats why setting goals can be unhelpful sometimes. Now all that I learned from the free 45 pages.
