I liked The Little White Bird. It did seem to have a few minimal sections that were slow reading however I found the story endearing and relating back to a time where stories were more than what comes next in the story. There are underlying tones than are romantic and also nostalgic.

As a long time JM Barrie fan, this classic is as endearing today as the day it was published. While some elements of the narrative may be misconstrued by those unfamiliar with Barries' demeanor, the author's underlying tenderness manifests itself eloquently from start to finish; the initial path towards never ending youth, inevitably leading to the boy who wouldn't grow up.
