Tick Tock started out to be a decent mystery/thriller but then by the time I got to the half-way point things started going down hill. Many of the scenarios involving the NYPD detectives didn't even make sense. I was never much of a fan of James Patterson literary contraption that cranks out books with a co-author as a side-kick. This is not a terrible book, but its not a great book either. I wouldn't recommend anyone spending any money on Tick Tock.

because in his stupidity and lack of thought he writes "they EVEN have a pitbull"..addi gto the popular dumb belief that pit bulls are evil and vicious and dangerous..Shame on Patterson Mr "I suk at writing to these days"..I tend to cheer for the bad guy bec his main characters are so damn annoying

Wow! Talk about a rushed ending to wrap things up. Not professional, The rest of the work is OK though. Always good to see Manhattan in print...
