Just finished the last page and I'm sad it's over. His no B.S. approach cleared up the confusion about fat loss with one simple indisputable fact- calorie deficit. I knew this, l practiced this, but i hated this. After reading this book i no longer resent tracking calories in fact i understand it now better than i ever have before!! Highly recommend if you need to get out of fad diets, ruts or just need clarity about how to achieve and maintain fat loss accurately. Thanks James Smith what a fun and valuable read!!!

Good book no silly diets or workouts but a lot of good info based on solid facts. Fairplay I enjoyed it and it made me think of my own workouts and lifestyle.
