I've used the paper version of this book for many years to teach the class. This electronic version will NOT work well on a telephone with a 5" screen. It might not be terrible on a 10" screen, but compared to the paper version it is pretty awful. When I zoomed in on text, the text was fuzzy. So, clearly they are not using vector fonts. I highly dis-recommend trying to learn calculus with this ebook. It's likely to lead to poor results. It's an excellent text in the paper medium, but it is simply not designed to be used as a digital learning tool.
