This won't teach you any poker technique. It mentally prepares you before during and after a poker session. I wish he didn't focus only on my mind and went further inside opponents minds. This book can be a guide for people who lack self confidence during playing or have a gamble problem. It is not for those who already know how to control their emotions. I honestly thought this will show me new techniques of reading, analyzing, odds, or any mental way to control hands outside of the two cards. It didn't.

To the comment below. Life and poker come in tandum if you reflect things through your life tendencies through whatever you do in your life whether its work or a passion, whats saying it wont be the same with poker. You can use mental techniques to pin point how people would naturally play the cards its their habits and tendencies that day old. Poker is deeper then opt (optimal poker theory) it all starts with you yes very vital key but that key can unlock any other doors blocking your way. Opponents.
