The gist of the book is that it showcases live examples of the renowned entrepreneurs who have faced ups and downs in their path of successful journey . thirty entrepreneurs from various streams who were specialized in different domains were picked as samples under the study. The entreprenuers were luther cifers, john sammut, jim spadaccini, ralph erenzo, chris jones, dawn Kelley , ron rudzin, shawn hansson, tom deierlein, gary garth, seth streeter, david moritz, indi brown, greg shaefer, ryan harwood, adnan derrani, nick kovacevich, jeff grover, greg muzzillo and joe pulizzi. These were based on the inspirational interviews that were conducted from each of the entrepreneur who were from leading private companies. Their success key factors, their experience and the hardships that they had to overcome in their journey, the suggestions that they give to the future and young entrepreneurs were elaborated in an artistic way of literature.

In this book there are 30 interview with those who have achieved satisfactory results in theirs life with respect to success which is really inspired me and teaching me the meaning of success. So I will recommend this book to read this will help to understand the meaning of success and also you will get a lot of answer that will help you be positive in your carrer and education.
