This is the fifteenth book in this phenomenal series, and if you have not read any of these stories before, now is a good time to start, you will not be disappointed. Steel and Darby’s story is well written and flawless, as well as being intense, gritty, thrilling, and filled with action, suspense, and is a steamy story. I was hooked and intrigued throughout, and cannot wait to read more form this talented author, whose work I highly recommend for all MC lovers.

Speaking of a strong woman, Darby is one. She only doesn’t realise it herself, because her uncle is drugging her and keeping her indoors with her fear for outdoors since her parents died. But now she has taken a step outside, changing her world forever. Thanks to Steel who sees it when she is kidnapped and goes after her. Steel wants to protect her from evil, but he can’t keep her inside making her feel she is in a cage. But there is evil trying to catch up with her more times and she needs to find out how to stand on her own feet. Will they both survive? And will their love for each other win? For that you have to read the book. If you are into a good MC read, this certainly is one. For me it made it extra special because Darby is into books and is running a bookshop.

This is a good story. There is a lot more to both Steele and Darby than first meets the eye. This is a good mix of romance and suspense.
