As a lover of Magic the Gathering this was a really great way of putting meat on the bones of the cards I know and love and getting the backstory for the Brothers War set. The set up for the story (focused on the two brothers) took a little while to get going but was worth seeing it through. There's some parts that were meandering a little too much for me. On the whole as a Magic fan I was satisfied with it. It might be different for someone not familiar with the card game so I'm cautious to rate it super high

Brother's War is a delightful introduction to the world of Dominaria and its beginnings in the multiverse of Magic the Gathering. The ending part becomes a little fast paced, due to all the plot points it has to reach. the beginning and middle is very good though.
