It is interesting and comprehensive. I do not think it has Any mistakes, but it has very much focus on his own situation. He focus much on weight control, but He does not recognize that some People do not have weight problems. He also emphasis regular medical control, but well that is his living. Apart from this and some other subjective statements it is possible to find a lot of inspiration.
