Ratings and reviews

Lots of answers in the action packed, third book in the series. Navarre wakes up to find things have changed quite a bit during his sleep, including a new addition to the city. We get a bit more romance in this one as Navarre and Cat work closely together while he pursues her. We also finally get the answer about who is behind all the demon attacks, and while I saw that one coming, it didn't take away from the suspense and intrigue of this book. The story is fast paced and loaded with action as the vampires of Balinese fight to keep their way of life intact.

Honestly I started this series because the author is local and I wanted to support her. OH MY was I thrilled!! I slammed through the entire series in less than a week and am anxiously awaiting more. Favorite bits: dynamic characters, surprises, love stories, class struggles. If you love falling in love (or hate) with the characters of a book you'll enjoy these. The world she creates is enthralling, as are the twists and turns in each character and plot. I can't stop wondering what's going to happen next. Great reads. All of them! Thanks
